Packaging

To ensure stealth and protection we apply well-thought-out packaging and shipping strategies.

The products are protected against shocks by high quality packing materials and the package is fully protected against leakage from the inside. From the outside the package looks like like any regular package.

If a package or product ever arrives damaged, please contact us and send us a video of the package being opened. We will reimburse you fully if we are able to confirm the damage to be authentic.


Delivery

We aim to process your order the same day or at most within 48 hours.

Once the package is send, the delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 days, depending on the destination country.

In winter times, an injectable steroid product might arrive ‘crashed’ because of the cold during transport. If this happens, please put the vial on a radiator to let the crystals dissolve. It will stay in solution afterwards.


Reshipment

If a package does not arrive due to reasons outside of your control (e.g. stuck in customs or lost by the delivery company), we will reship the package free of charge until you receive it.

We do not offer reshipments for reasons other than the above — such as an incorrect delivery address, failure to pick up the package at a pickup point, incompatible parcel locker/station, or an unsupported delivery location.

The chance of a package seizure is low in the EU; customs clearances are not required for packages send between EU member states.
