Packaging

To ensure stealth and protection we apply well-thought-out packaging and shipping strategies.

The products are protected against shocks by high quality packing materials and the package is fully protected against leakage from the inside. From the outside the package looks like like any regular package.

If a package or product ever arrives damaged, please contact us and send us a video of the package being opened. We will reimburse you fully if we are able to confirm the damage to be authentic.

Delivery

We aim to process your order the same day or at most within 48 hours.

Once the package is send, the delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 days, depending on the destination country.

In winter times, an injectable steroid product might arrive ‘crashed’ because of the cold during transport. If this happens, please put the vial on a radiator to let the crystals dissolve. It will stay in solution afterwards.

Reshipment

We offer 1 reship if a package gets seized or has been lost. Please contact us via our contact page to request a reship.

Expect the package to be delivered by an alternative delivery company, depending on your location and the circumstances.

The risk of a package seizure is very low; customs clearances are not required for packages send between EU member states.
