Yes.

For a common AAS quantitative test(~€105) at Janoshik we reimburse €150 + the cost of the product in the form of store credits.

When testing tablets, please test 2 to 3 tablets total for variance. We cover €30 for each extra tablet, up to 2 extra tablets.

Please make sure vials are sent in unopened (top cap intact) and with the label on the vial.

Tablets can be sent in blind (without label).

We aim to process and ship your order the same day, or within 48 hours at the latest (excluding Sundays).

Very rarely, there might be a delay because of the amount of orders being processing. If this happens we will contact you to inform you of the new time of dispatch.

Once the package is sent, the delivery time generally ranges anywhere from 1 to 14 days, depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Most of the time 1 – 2 days after the order is processed, and sometimes on the same day.

For EU orders (except Denmark and Sweden), if a package does not arrive due to reasons outside of your control (e.g. stuck in customs or lost by the delivery company when in transit), we will reship the package, free of charge, until you receive it.

For Denmark, Sweden, UK and Canary Islands we offer 1 reship free of charge, according to the same rules.

For International orders we do not offer any reships at this time.

We do not offer reshipments for reasons other than the above — such as not being present at a delivery address, an incorrect delivery address, failure to pick up the package at a locker/pickup point for any reason, the package being accepted in recipient’s name by an unauthorised person, the package being lost after it was delivered successfully at a location (e.g. stolen from garden), an incompatible parcel locker/station or any type of unsupported delivery locations.

The chance of a package seizure is low in the EU; customs clearances are not required for packages sent between EU member states.

For international orders without reshipment, feel free to contact us to request a link to lower the min. order limit for a small test order. This way you can find out if the package will get through at all to your location.

Yes, for most locations this is possible.

Please contact us first so we can make sure your location and delivery company is compatible. We might suggest alternatives.

While ordering, please mention in the order notes at checkout that you would like to have the package shipped to a pickup point and the specific address and courier company.

National postal offices are not compatible in the EU, it must be a location of a courier company.

Yes, we do ship internationally.

Keep in mind that we don’t offer reshipments like we do inside of the EU in the case a package gets stuck or lost. The only exceptions are UK and Canary Islands, for which we offer 1 reship.

If you would like to place an international order, please contact us first to let us know the destination country, then we will confirm if it’s possible and send you a link to place the order.

Account registration is only available at checkout while placing an order.

Simply uncheck the account creation option at checkout.

While placing an order, your details are stored on this website temporarily. When we process the order, we immediately move the data to a local encrypted storage* and delete the data from this website.

We process your order as fast as possible after you place it (most of the time the same day), thus we guarantee that your data only exists here for a brief moment.

This process is repeated for each new order and it’s the safest way to handle this without sacrificing convenience.

In short: your data is handled securely and won’t end up in the wrong hands.


*From our fully encrypted local storage we print the shipping label for your package, and keep the data alive for a while, to manage potential issues if needed.

No one is able to access the encrypted data except the admin.
