Once the package is sent, the delivery time generally ranges anywhere from 1 to 14 days, depending on the destination country and shipping method.

It’s probably cold outside if this happened. The cold has ‘crashed’ the active compound out of solution.
Please place the vial in an oven at around 50 degrees Celsius for ~ 40 minutes. Touch the glass vial from time to time, to make sure it doesn’t get too hot. Shake the vial a few times in between and afterwards.
After this, the active compound should stay dissolved at room temperature.
Dissolving the compound again by heat, does not affect the quality of the product in any negative way.
